Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Litigation Support Analyst to partner with case teams and project managers on litigation matters. You will support attorneys with data management, research, analysis, and presentation, using advanced review platforms and ESI workflows.

You will work under supervision of a Litigation Support Project Manager or Regional Manager, with a hybrid schedule allowing time in office and remote work.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in litigation technology support, including installation, configuration and maintenance of key apps.
• Proficient in the entire litigation support process: database management, searching, reporting, ESI handling.
• Strong ability to manage multiple complex projects with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing cases/projects at various stages of the litigation process.
• Create and support databases, reviews layouts, and searches.
• Provide daily metrics of document reviews and QC before data production.
• Process ESI for upload into data review platforms.
• Support trial setup and courtroom tech as required.
• Assist with data import/export and data manipulation.
• Utilize technology for data analysis (e.g., Clearwell).
• Coordinate with Index Engineers for ESI collection.
• Provide timelines/estimates for data processing.
• Help develop/maintain best practices for the department.
