Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Litigation Support Analyst in the United States with a hybrid work schedule. You will support case teams by managing databases, performing searches, and producing data for litigation, while aiding attorneys and project managers.

This role requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely, high-quality work. Minimum 2 years in litigation technology support with experience in Relativity, Concordance, LiveNote, CaseMap and Sanction.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in litigation technology support, including installation, configuration and maintenance of listed applications.
• Experience with electronic evidence, large-scale printing, document repositories and extranet technologies.
• Proficient in data management, ESI processing, and reviews for litigation matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing cases/projects at various stages of the litigation process.
• Create and support databases, manage user access, review layouts and searches.
• Provide daily metrics of document reviews and generate data productions with QC.
• Process ESI for upload into data review platforms and assist with data imports/exports.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and courtroom setup of electronic equipment.
• Develop and maintain best practices for the department and communicate updates.
