Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Litigation Support Analyst to bolster case teams with data management, ESI processing, and trial tech support. The role works with project managers and attorneys to optimize litigation workflows, including preparing databases, reviews, and data productions.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in litigation technology, experience with Relativity, Concordance, LiveNote, CaseMap, and Sanction, and a High School diploma or GED; a BS in IT is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in litigation technology support including Relativity, Concordance, LiveNote, CaseMap and Sanction.
• Experience with electronic evidence, large-scale printing, document repositories, and extranet technologies.
• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Adivising on managing cases/projects at various stages of litigation.
• Create and support databases per case, including user accounts, access, review layouts and searches.
• Provide daily metrics of document reviews; generate data productions and perform QC before production.
• Process electronically stored information (ESI) for upload into data review platform.
• Assist attorneys in trial preparation and courtroom tech setup as needed.
• Assist with data import/export and data manipulation as needed.
• Process ESI with tools for data analysis (e.g., Clearwell).
• Support collection efforts with Index Engineers and coordinate timelines for data processing.
• Develop and maintain departmental best practices.
