Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support a federal agency-facing IT initiative. The role emphasizes Relativity workflows, system design, and end-to-end technical support in a government environment.

Qualifications

• Significant Relativity experience including creation of ARMs.
• Create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and SOPs.
• At least five years of related hands-on experience.
• Broad knowledge of government IT environments including office automation networks and databases.
• Experience in a litigation support environment is helpful.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Supervisory experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to lead a technical team and align with attorneys’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and document workflow processes for material destruction/deletion per policy.
• Consult with COR, government case managers, and trial attorneys on IT needs.
• Determine system requirements and design the entire system to meet them.
• Oversee smaller projects and perform system validations and testing.
• Produce formal reports and present findings and recommendations.
• Provide task-order planning, scheduling, and cost estimates.
• Direct and supervise personnel to ensure deliverables and quality.
