Job summary

CA CI International Inc. is seeking an entry-level Litigation Support Analyst to support the Department of Justice on critical matters in a fast-paced setting in Washington, DC.

The role focuses on document management, case organization, and the use of eDiscovery tools to aid investigations and trials. You will work with Special Matters Unit attorneys, assist with witness interviews and deposition preparation, and develop skills in document review and legal research while benefiting from tuition

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or one year of litigation support experience.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with government office and network environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• US Citizenship is required for DOJ MBI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal and administrative duties for Fraud Section investigations and trials.
• Assist with case organization, witness interviews, discovery, and trials.
• Provide in-courtroom assistance and exhibit collection and review.
• Utilize eDiscovery platforms to perform document review and summarize findings.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with DOJ components and other agencies.
• Organize and prioritize multiple tasks across cases and multi-task with minimal supervision.
• Log and organize incoming and outgoing discovery productions.
• Proofread material for contextual, grammatical and formatting accuracy.
• Review documents for relevance according to established guidelines.
