Job summary

RemoteLeads seeks an experienced litigator to construct comprehensive litigation scenarios across discovery, motions, and trial strategy. You will develop tasks spanning commercial, class actions, appellate, discovery, and evidence-management matters, including use of e-discovery platforms and deposition tools.

Applicants must have 5+ years in litigation, direct ownership of complex matters, and fluency with court procedures and evidentiary rules.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a litigator or trial attorney at a major firm or corporate department.
• Direct ownership of complex commercial litigation matters, including trial or arbitration experience.
• Fluency in litigation tools, methodologies, court procedures, discovery, and evidentiary rules.
• Qualification under the US track (FRCP, FRE) or international track (English CPR/ICC/LCIA).
• JD with bar admission or international equivalent strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Construct litigation scenarios covering discovery, motion practice, trial strategy, settlement, and arbitration.
• Develop tasks across commercial, complex, class action, appellate, discovery, evidence-management, and trial-advocacy matters.
• Create scenarios involving e-discovery platforms and deposition or trial-preparation tools.
• Apply US or international procedural and evidentiary standards to develop reference pleadings and motions.
• Author rubrics distinguishing experienced litigation judgment from generic law-school or bar-exam knowledge.
