Job summary

Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to manage sophisticated civil litigation matters in a remote role, with a strong focus on real estate, construction, and complex business disputes. You will lead litigation strategy, draft pleadings, and participate in depositions while collaborating with a paralegal team.

Requirements include 5+ years in civil litigation, California Bar membership, and trial experience; Spanish or Farsi language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of general civil litigation experience.
• Trial experience from inception to resolution required.
• Barred in California.
• Experience with Cleo, Word, Outlook, and Slack.
• Civil litigation focus; real estate/construction experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Farsi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle real estate and construction disputes.
• Lead trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Conduct depositions and develop case strategy.
• Collaborate with paralegal support.
