LHH Recruitment Solutions in Austin, TX (Hybrid) is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Practice Assistant to support a busy team of litigation attorneys. The role emphasizes drafting and formatting pleadings, managing deadlines, and coordinating complex calendars.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of similar experience, strong MS Office skills, and a proven ability to handle confidential information while delivering top-notch administrative support in a fast-paced law firm

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court filing procedures.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent document formatting, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to multiple litigation attorneys.
• Draft, revise, proofread, and format pleadings, motions, and other documents.
• File documents electronically in state and federal courts and track deadlines.
• Coordinate calendars, hearings, depositions, meetings, and travel.
• Enter attorney time, assist with billing, and prepare expense reports.
• Maintain confidential client information with discretion.
