Mid-Level Litigation Associate (Regulatory Focus) | San Francisco

Our client, a highly reputable AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a qualified Mid-Level Associate to support its Litigation department in their San Francisco office. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex litigation and regulatory-facing matters for leading financial institutions and fintechs, including high-stakes class actions, commercial disputes and emerging areas such as mass arbitration.

The firm is seeking candidates with between 4 and 6 years of litigation experience. Substantial experience with complex commercial litigation, class actions, mass arbitrations, and/or regulatory or investigations work is required. Note: Prior judicial clerkship experience is considered a plus!

Practice matters span nationwide and statewide class actions, claims alleging unfair competition, fraud, and violations of various consumer protection statutes, business torts, and the fast-changing area of mass arbitrations; The firm also represents companies in a broad range of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, fiduciary duty claims, and other business litigation.

The salary range for this position is $300,000 – $380,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
