A sophisticated multi-office litigation boutique is expanding its Silicon Valley team and is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Litigation Associate to join its growing practice. The group handles high-stakes class action, complex commercial, and intellectual property litigation, representing startups and Fortune 50 companies in complex matters across state and federal courts.

Qualification

• 2-5 years of substantive litigation experience in a national, regional, or boutique firm environment, with experience in both federal and California state courts preferred
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills, with meaningful experience drafting pleadings, briefs, and other substantive litigation documents
• Experience across discovery, including document production, depositions, and expert witness preparation; experience with hearings, mediations, and other proceedings is a plus
• Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school; a federal clerkship is strongly preferred
