The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of significant litigation experience at a leading firm, excellent drafting and case management skills, and the ability to supervise junior attorneys and staff.

Responsibilities

• Join the Business Litigation practice and work on complex commercial litigation matters.
• Contribute to class actions, business torts and privacy/technology-related disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions and other court filings with precision.
• Manage case files, deadlines and coordinate with junior staff.
• Supervise junior associates and professional staff.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in complex commercial litigation, with experience across class actions, business torts and ideally privacy or technology-related litigation. Salary & Benefits:
