Adams & Martin Group is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to join a Denver-based law firm. The role supports all phases of litigation and ensures trial readiness for complex cases.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of defense litigation experience, a paralegal certificate, and strong proficiency with Relativity, iManage, and WestLaw. The position offers a hybrid schedule with in-office and remote work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing all phases of large-scale, complex litigation.
• Bachelor's degree or combination of education, certifications, and work experience; paralegal certificate preferred.
• Defense experience and ability to meet 1,450 billable hours annually.
• Experience in commercial litigation or class actions is a plus.
• Proficient with eDiscovery tools Relativity, document management (iManage), and legal research (WestLaw).
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary case manager for all stages of litigation.
• Docket and calendar deadlines across jurisdictions.
• Maintain electronic case files and manage large-scale document productions using Relativity.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
• Assist in trial preparation with exhibits, witness materials, and PowerPoint.
• Finalize briefs with Bluebook citations and exhibits.
• Collaborate with attorneys to support litigation strategy.
• Develop case workflows and checklists for high-volume matters.
