Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing all phases of large-scale, complex litigation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; paralegal certificate preferred.
• Defense experience and ability to track billable time; 1,450 hours annually.
• Commercial litigation or class action experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Relativity, iManage, and Westlaw.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, communication, and analytical skills.
• High integrity, ownership, accountability and hard-working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary case manager, overseeing all stages from intake to appeal, including tracking document productions and ensuring trial readiness.
• Docket and calculate deadlines across jurisdictions.
• Maintain electronic case files and manage large document productions using Relativity and other eDiscovery tools.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents with accuracy.
• Assist in trial prep: organize exhibits, prepare witness materials, and attend trials as needed.
• Finalize case briefs with thorough cite checking (Bluebook) and compiling exhibits.
• Collaborate with attorneys to support litigation strategy in complex matters.
• Develop and maintain case workflows and checklists for high-volume multi-party matters.
