Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal with a Bachelor's Degree and at least five years of relevant experience. The role involves high-level paralegal support through all phases of litigation, from action commencement to discovery, trial, and post-trial work.

The candidate should be proficient in cite-checking, Bluebook formatting, proofreading, and managing deposition and courtroom logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant litigation paralegal experience
• Strong cite-checking, proofreading, and Bluebooking skills
• Knowledge of state and federal civil procedure and the law of assigned practice area
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Supervisory capabilities and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and attend depositions and oral arguments, coordinating logistics and organizing witness files
• Draft[ ] and file motions and pleadings; cite-check briefs and motions to ensure proper citations
• Coordinate service of process and delivery of court filings; prepare formatted briefs and templates
• Prepare and organize appellate appendices and exhibits; coordinate printing and delivery of materials
• Coordinate trial logistics; assist attorneys in courtroom and operate presentation software
• Assist in witness preparation and management of exhibits and supporting documents
