Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC seeks an experienced Paralegal Specialist with arbitration and trial experience. Ideal candidate has 10+ years of litigation paralegal work and at least 7 years in investigations and white-collar defense within a law firm or government agency.

Under attorney supervision, you will coordinate and prepare complex legal documents, manage e-discovery searches, assist with depositions, and support trial logistics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience required.
• 7+ years in investigations and white-collar defense preferred.
• Arbitration and trial experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; paralegal certificate preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and web conferencing tools.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and document editing.
• Strong legal research using LexisNexis/Westlaw; PACER/ECF.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in investigations and white-collar defense matters.
• Organize, prepare, and interpret complex legal documents.
• Coordinate document productions and e-discovery searches (Relativity).
• Assist with deposition prep and trial logistics.
• Format and cite-check briefs and motions (Bluebook/California).
