Considine Search seeks a Litigation Paralegal to support our litigation practice groups from initial complaint through discovery, trial, and appeal. You will assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, draft pleadings, manage document productions, and coordinate trial logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of law firm experience in litigation.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation from filing to trial and appeal.
• Draft subpoenas, notices, requests, interrogatories, affidavits and other pleadings.
• Coordinate e-filing and service with court offices.
• Review, organize and produce case documents and privilege logs.
• Prepare trial exhibits, witness binders and organize trial logistics.
• Supervise junior paralegals as needed and liaise with clients/vendors.
