Gainor Staffing is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support complex matters from discovery through trial. You will work closely with attorneys on case management, eDiscovery, research, and trial preparation.

The role requires 5+ years of paralegal experience, a bachelor’s degree with a paralegal program or equivalent, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, LexisNexis, Westlaw, PACER, Relativity, and IPRO. Occasional overtime and travel may be needed.

Formación

• 5+ years of paralegal experience, including complex litigation support.
• Bachelor’s degree and completion of a paralegal program, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, LexisNexis, Westlaw, PACER, Relativity, and IPRO.

Responsabilidades

• Manage discovery, case files, eDiscovery databases, document collections, and court filings.
• Conduct legal research and support discovery, depositions, witnesses, and exhibits.
• Coordinate with attorneys, vendors, litigation support teams, and court personnel.
• Provide hands-on support during trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions.
