Job summary

Considine Search is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support all phases of litigation from filing to trial and appeals. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, a paralegal certificate, and 3+ years of law firm experience.

Candidates should be proficient in MS Office, iManage, Concordance, Case Logistix, and Relativity, with overtime availability. You will manage documents, assist with depositions, draft motions, and coordinate e-discovery, trial prep, and exhibits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm environment.
• Proficient with MS Office, iManage and litigation software.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Knowledge of Concordance, Case Logistix, Relativity a must.

Responsibilities

• Document and manage case material and e-rooms.
• Prepare documents for Bates-numbering and redaction.
• Assist with deposition prep and trial support.
• Draft motions and briefing books; assist e-filing.
• Coordinate with litigation team and vendors on e-discovery.
• Bill a minimum of 1600 hours annually and maintain time logs.
