Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of Defense litigation experience in a law firm setting.
• Experience within the insurance-related industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case preparation and organizing case files.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy.
• Prepare and file legal documents in courts.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trials.
