The ideal candidate has 7+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and willingness to travel and work extended hours to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or ABA-approved paralegal certification (preferred).
• 7+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• On a day-to-day basis, work under assigned Attorneys/Paralegals to meet Firm/client needs.
• Handle multiple voluminous cases in state and federal court, and other states.
• Assist in discovery, motion practice, hearings, mediations, trials, and arbitrations.
• Prepare legal documents: petitions, answers, discovery, motions, memos, and briefs.
• Compile deposition and trial notebooks, client interviews, pleadings, and requests for admissions.
