Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of litigation paralegals with mentorship and performance feedback.
Coordinate workload distribution for balanced caseloads and efficient progression.
Manage a docket from initiation to resolution, tracking deadlines and coordinating with attorneys.
Draft and revise pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and disclosures per court rules.
Communicate with clients, attorneys, experts, witnesses, and opposing counsel for updates and information.
Coordinate court filings, deponents, hearings, and calendars; ensure trial readiness.
