CGS Federal seeks a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join a fast-moving in-house government legal team in Miami, FL. The role supports eDiscovery, workflow management, and attorney assistance within a dynamic portfolio.

Qualifications

• Requires paralegal certificate or JD or current ABA-accredited law school student.
• At least two years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience in automated litigation support and federal/state court knowledge.
• Excellent written and oral communication; proficient with LEXIS and Westlaw.
• Hands-on familiarity with word processing, databases, spreadsheets, imaging, and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex legal documents and manage document review.
• Review incoming documents and organize case material.
• Support trial preparation, witness notebooks, exhibits, and jury instructions.
• Coordinate with victim/witness specialists and notify case staff of issues.
• Research legal citations using Westlaw/Lexis and ensure accuracy.
• File documents electronically using CM/ECF and manage discovery databases.
• Bates-stamp and redact discovery materials; assist with IPRO Eclipse tools.
• Maintain electronic case files and calendars in MS Outlook.
