CGS Federal is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join its fast-moving, in-house government legal team in Milwaukee, WI. The role supports litigation portfolios, including eDiscovery, workflow management, and attorney support, with opportunities for professional growth.

The ideal candidate will have a paralegal certificate or JD, plus experience in automated litigation support and strong research skills, working within federal and state court contexts.

Qualifikationen

• Requires paralegal certificate, or JD, or currently attending ABA-accredited law school, with at least one year of study completed.
• At least two years of litigation paralegal experience or related project experience.
• At least one year of automated litigation support experience.
• Familiarity with federal and state court systems and legal research tools (LEXIS/Westlaw).

Aufgaben

• Prepare complex legal documents and motions with limited instruction.
• Assist litigation teams by organizing documents, exhibits, and witnesses for trials and hearings.
• Provide automated litigation support using software tools (Relativity, eDiscovery).
• Conduct legal research to verify citations and precedents.
• Draft preliminary memos and correspondence in line with court rules.
