CGS seeks an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to join its fast-paced in-house government legal team. The role supports eDiscovery, workflow management, and attorney assistance across a dynamic litigation portfolio.

Requirements include paralegal certification or JD / ABA-law school enrollment with at least two years of litigation paralegal experience, plus proficiency in LEXIS/Westlaw and CM/ECF. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Paralegal certificate or JD or ABA-law school student with at least one year of study.
• At least two years of litigation paralegal experience; trial experience helpful.
• At least one year of automated litigation support; knowledge of federal/state courts.
• Excellent written and oral communication; familiarity with LEXIS/Westlaw.
• Strong computer skills across word processing, databases, spreadsheets, imaging, and hardware.
• Experience with ESI tools and discovery resources.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complex legal documents and motions.
• Manage discovery databases and production workflow.
• Prepare trial notebooks and exhibits; organize notes and lists.
• File documents electronically using CM/ECF and court portals.
• Verify citations and draft legal memoranda; assist attorneys for trial.
• Coordinate with victim/witness specialists and case teams.
