Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking a Litigation Senior Paralegal to support attorneys in the Litigation & Trial department across multiple complex matters. The role is based in Chicago, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley, with a possible hybrid schedule balancing in-office and remote work.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), a CA-paralegal certificate if located in CA, and at least six years of experience in complex litigation, with strong Microsoft Office and document

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• ABA-approved paralegal certificate or CA declaration if in CA office.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in complex litigation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of case teams through all phases of litigation.
• Coordinate and assist with discovery, including production sets and tracking productions.
• Assist with filing pleadings, motions, exhibits, and discovery requests.
