Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking a Litigation Senior Paralegal to support attorneys in the Litigation & Trial department. Located in Chicago, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley, the role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office presence.

You will manage all aspects of litigation case preparation, including discovery, pleadings, and trial readiness, while coordinating priorities across multiple complex matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• ABA-approved paralegal certificate (CA exceptions apply).
• At least 6 years in complex litigation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of case teams throughout all phases of litigation.
• Coordinate discovery including document collection, review, and production tracking.
• Assist with pleadings, motions, exhibits, and discovery requests.
• Coordinate deposition and witness preparation.
• Collaborate with internal resources for eDiscovery and trial tech.
• Protect confidential information.
