Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, ideally in a Big Law environment.
• Experience preparing for and attending trial.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and technology, like Relativity and Nuix Discover.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A proven track record of supporting attorneys in litigation matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case preparation, legal research, and document management for complex litigation matters.
• Draft, proofread, and organize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Coordinate and manage deadlines for filings, discovery, and court appearances.
• Support attorneys during trial preparation and provide assistance during court proceedings as needed.
• Conduct thorough research using legal databases and other resources to gather case-related information.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and external counsel to ensure the smooth flow of case-related information.
• Maintain and organize case files, both physical and electronic, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with legal and procedural requirements.
