Job summary

NW Recruiting Partners is partnering with a leading global law firm in Seattle to hire an experienced Litigation Paralegal. The role supports busy attorneys with case management, discovery, document production, and trial preparation in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of litigation experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Washington court websites and e-filing. A hybrid schedule and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• At least three years of paralegal experience with litigation and trial preparation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with day-to-day case and matter management.
• Keep case information, documents, and deadlines organized and up to date.
• Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and case materials.
• Help coordinate discovery, document requests, and related case activities.
• Support attorneys with hearings, depositions, meetings, and other legal proceedings.
• Review court updates and maintain accurate case calendars.
• Compile information and documents for attorney review and case preparation.
• Handle administrative and case-related tasks as needed.
