Job summary

NRI, Inc. is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to support complex matters from inception through trial, arbitration, and resolution. This role serves as a lead on large-scale cases, mentoring junior paralegals and coordinating with attorneys, staff, vendors, and courts.

The ideal candidate will have extensive large-firm experience, strong organizational and project-management skills, and proficiency with e-discovery platforms and litigation support tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience in a large law firm or equivalent.
• Experience supporting all phases of litigation from intake to trial.
• Strong Bluebook citation knowledge and cite-checking.
• Proficiency with e-discovery platforms and litigation support software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead litigation support on large-scale matters from inception through trial/arbitration.
• Mentor junior paralegals and coordinate with attorneys and support staff.
• Manage case files, document management, and discovery workflows.
• Coordinate trial/arbitration logistics and vendor relationships.
• Draft, review, and analyze routine legal documents under supervision.
