Qualifications

• 6–10 years of litigation experience, ideally in Big Law
• Proficiency in litigation processes including document review and trial preparation

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting legal documents and organizing case files
• Conduct thorough document review and manage discovery processes
• Review motions, briefs, and court papers prior to filing, including cite-checking and exhibit preparation
• Coordinate materials for depositions, hearings, and trials
• Maintain and update case management databases with relevant information
• Perform legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and other sources
• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel
• Ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements
• Provide general administrative support to the litigation team
