Responsibilities include drafting and filing pleadings, cite-checking, discovery management, eDiscovery supervision, and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
• College degree and/or paralegal certificate required
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Good judgment, intuition and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with gathering and compiling support documents for filings
• Prepare and file pleadings and court documents in multiple jurisdictions
• Bluebook formatting, cite-checking and Shepardizing case law
• Familiarity with civil procedures and court rules
• Docket and legal research in Lexis, Westlaw, PACER, and similar resources
• Assist with collection, review, and organization of discovery materials
• Supervise eDiscovery platforms (Relativity) and vendor work
• Use AI-assisted technologies appropriately in workflows
• Manage discovery responses, subpoenas, and deposition prep
• Prepare and maintain case indices and logs for discovery timelines
• Manage case calendars and deadlines alongside the calendar department
• Assist with hearing/trial prep and logistics, including witness files and exhibits
• Interact with clients, expert witnesses, consultants, opposing counsel, and clerks
