Hawthorne Lane seeks an accomplished Litigation Paralegal to support complex litigation through all phases, including discovery, trial, arbitration, and research. You will mentor junior staff, manage case files, and streamline document organization and calendaring while coordinating with attorneys and external parties.

The role requires ownership of systems, confidentiality, and a client-focused mindset, with a hybrid work model offering two remote days weekly and travel as needed.

Qualificações

• Five+ years as a paralegal supporting full cycle litigation in a top-tier large law firm.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate are advantageous.
• Strong technology skills with document management and legal research tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of litigation case management, including file organization and calendaring.
• Lead discovery and witness preparation, supporting attorneys through all phases.
• Oversee junior paralegals and support staff on complex matters and investigations.
