Job summary

Littler is seeking an experienced paralegal to support attorneys in all stages of litigation. The role requires the ability to work independently and with limited supervision in a hybrid Boston, MA or Providence, RI setting, with two days in office weekly.

The position emphasizes case review, discovery coordination, deposition support, and trial preparation, backed by strong document management and litigation software proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in law.
• Minimum of 10 years paralegal experience.
• Experience with litigation and case management.
• Familiarity with MA and/or RI state court procedures.

Responsibilities

• Initial review of case to assist attorneys’ evaluation of case.
• Coordinate discovery process and draft discovery requests and responses.
• Coordinate and handle deposition process, schedule lay and expert depositions, prepare exhibits.
• Coordinate creation of litigation support databases and document imaging workflows.
• Assist in factual investigations and interviews with witnesses and clients.
• Coordinate trial preparation, including exhibits, motions, and jury materials.
