Responsibilities include drafting, discovery, and motion support; preparing for trial, handling Bates labeling and redactions, and coordinating with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Labor and employment litigation experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and manage client documents and electronic data.
• Conduct background checks and obtain records.
• Draft documents for attorney review (disclosures, motions, orders, etc.).
• Prepare motions for summary judgment and assemble exhibits.
• Prepare documents for production, Bates labeling, and redacting.
• Assist in trial preparation, manage exhibits and subpoenas.
