Job summary

Fisher Phillips is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal in Denver to support attorneys in delivering high-quality services to clients. The role involves extensive document management, eDiscovery, and trial preparation within a busy labor and employment practice.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of litigation paralegal experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proficiency with Relativity or Everlaw.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and manage client documents and electronic data.
• Conduct litigation, criminal, and civil background checks and obtain authenticated records.
• Draft for attorney review: removal documents, certificates of interested parties, answers, disclosures, motions, orders, scheduling orders, protective orders, deposition notices, affidavits, and declarations, discovery responses, settlement agreements, and dismissal documents.
• Assist with motions for summary judgment and prepare exhibits and the appendix.
• Prepare documents for production with Bates labeling and redactions.
• Assist in trial preparation, manage exhibits, witness lists, subpoenas, and witness prep meetings.
• Conduct online research using firm resources.
