Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join a fast-moving in-house government legal team. You will support eDiscovery, workflow management, and attorney needs across the litigation portfolio.

The role requires paralegal certification or JD, at least two years of litigation experience, and strong knowledge of Westlaw/Lexis and CM/ECF filings. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or JD, or currently attending ABA-accredited law school.
• Two years of litigation paralegal experience required; trial experience helpful.
• Experience with automated litigation support and federal/state court knowledge.
• Strong written and oral communication and aptitude with legal research tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex technical legal documents and review incoming materials.
• Assist with eDiscovery, including document review and database management.
• File pleadings electronically using CM/ECF and maintain case files.
• Organize trial notebooks, exhibits, and jury instructions for attorneys.
• Research citations for accuracy using Westlaw/Lexis; edit briefs and memos.
• Coordinate with victim/witness teams and notify staff of issues.
• Support attorneys in trial preparation and discovery production.
