CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join its busy in-house government legal team in Boston. You will support eDiscovery activities, workflow management, and attorney needs across the litigation portfolio.

Key responsibilities include preparing complex legal documents, researching using Westlaw/Lexis, and assisting trial preparation while ensuring compliance with court rules and CM/ECF filing. Strong editing and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires paralegal background with litigation focus and familiarity with eDiscovery.
• Experience supporting federal cases or in-house government litigation is preferred.
• Strong research and citation verification skills using major legal databases.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex legal documents and exhibits for litigation.
• Review incoming documents and case status to support attorneys.
• Prepare indictments, warrants, subpoenas, motions, and memoranda.
• Gather information from case files and law enforcement sources for filings.
• Ensure documents conform to court rules and formatting standards.
• Assist in trial preparation with notebooks, exhibits, and jury materials.
• Coordinate with victim/witness staff and observe guidelines.
• File documents electronically via CM/ECF and maintain case files.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis and verify citations.
