• Excellent written and oral communication; proficient in legal research tools (Lexis/Westlaw)

• Prepare a variety of technical legal documents and ensure compliance with local court rules
• Assist attorneys in trial preparation, organize trial exhibits, and compile witness lists
• Manage eDiscovery workflows, case files, and discovery databases

• File court documents electronically using CM/ECF and maintain case management calendars
