Gibson Dunn in Palo Alto seeks a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys across complex matters from initiation to trial. The role reports to the Associate Director and Manager of Paralegal Services.

The candidate should have 7+ years of experience, a four-year degree, and an ABA-approved paralegal certificate. Proficiency with LexisNexis, Westlaw, iManage, Relativity, and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree and ABA-approved paralegal certificate with a minimum seven years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting complex litigation in a large law firm setting.
• Familiarity with court filings, discovery, and trial preparation processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation from case initiation through trial.
• Calendar deadlines and manage court filings in Federal and State courts.
• Coordinate discovery, document collection, review, and productions.
• Prepare and blue-book court briefs and discovery documents; handle deposition prep.
• Mentor junior paralegals and staff; liaise with external vendors as needed.
• Contribute to travel arrangements and overall trial logistics.
