Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Strong background in civil litigation and real estate matters
• Experience with file management, deadlines, and case tracking
• Proactive communication with attorneys, clients, courts and opposing counsel
• Familiarity with legal AI tools and standard software

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and file litigation documents including pleadings and discovery
• Support attorneys through all stages of civil litigation
• Maintain organized case files and deadlines across multiple matters
• Assist with complex real estate disputes, foreclosures, title matters
• Coordinate hearings, depositions, and trial preparation
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda for litigation strategy
