Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience required; 8+ years strongly preferred.
• Strong background in civil litigation.
• Experience with real estate litigation, foreclosures, title matters, or related matters highly valued.
• Experience with Filevine or similar case management software preferred.
• Familiarity with AI legal tools such as Spellbook and vLex Vincent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive litigation support, including drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Maintain organized case files, evidence, correspondence, and litigation records.
• Support attorneys with real estate disputes, foreclosures, title matters, probate, and other special matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda to support attorneys.
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Coordinate hearings, depositions, trial preparation, and critical litigation deadlines.
• Manage case calendars and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Provide administrative and calendar support to firm leadership as needed.
• Handle multiple cases and competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
