CyberCoders is seeking a experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a sophisticated Florida practice, handling civil litigation, real estate disputes, foreclosures, title matters, and probate-related projects.

The role involves drafting and filing litigation documents, managing case files, meeting deadlines, conducting legal research, and supporting senior attorneys on complex matters. Strong organizational and communication skills required; Filevine experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (8+ preferred).
• Strong civil litigation background.
• Real estate litigation experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with case management software such as Filevine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and file litigation documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, notices, subpoenas, and related filings.
• Assist attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, from case initiation through trial preparation.
• Maintain and organize case files, evidence, correspondence, and critical case documents.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of all litigation-related tasks.
• Support matters involving real estate litigation, foreclosure proceedings, title disputes, probate-related issues, and other complex legal matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, memoranda, and supporting materials to aid case strategy and development.

LITIGATION PARALEGAL

About the Opportunity

A well-established and growing Florida law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal / Special Projects Paralegal to support a sophisticated and diverse caseload. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with firm leadership and senior attorneys on complex matters involving civil litigation, real estate disputes, foreclosure actions, title matters, probate-related issues, and other specialized legal projects.

Key Responsibilities

Litigation Support

• Draft, review, and prepare litigation documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, notices, subpoenas, and related filings.
• Assist attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, from case initiation through trial preparation.

Case Management

• Maintain and organize case files, evidence, correspondence, and critical case documents.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of all litigation-related tasks.

Real Estate & Special Projects

• Support matters involving real estate litigation, foreclosure proceedings, title disputes, probate-related issues, and other complex legal matters.
• Assist attorneys with special projects requiring detailed analysis and document management.

Legal Research

• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, memoranda, and supporting materials to aid case strategy and development.
