Job summary

The Law Offices of Marc L. Shapiro, P.A., based in Naples, Florida, seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal / Special Projects Paralegal to support complex civil and real estate matters.

You will work directly with the Director of Litigation and the firm owner to draft pleadings, manage case files, and coordinate deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This in‑office role requires 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (8+ preferred), real estate matter exposure, and proficiency with

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• 8+ years strongly preferred in civil litigation.
• Real estate dispute experience valued.
• Experience with Filevine or similar case management software.
• Ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Document drafting: pleadings, motions, discovery, and other filings.
• Case management: maintain files, evidence, and correspondence.
• Real estate & special matters support for complex issues.
• Legal research and memoranda to aid strategy.
• Client interaction with responsive communication.
• Calendar coordination of hearings, depositions, trials, deadlines.
• Administrative support to the firm owner as needed.
