Job summary

LHH Legal in Naples, FL, partners with a growing law firm to hire an experienced Business Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant. This role offers a stable, long-term opportunity with flexibility, strong leadership, and engagement with sophisticated business litigation matters.

You will support attorneys through all civil litigation stages, manage calendars and deadlines, draft and file documents, coordinate depositions and hearings, and handle e-discovery and document management.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
• Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures.
• Experience with e-filing in state and/or federal courts.
• Knowledge of discovery, calendaring, depositions, and case management.
• Experience with e-discovery platforms and electronic document review.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of civil litigation.
• Prepare, review, and electronically file court documents.
• Manage case calendars and track critical deadlines.
• Draft and respond to discovery, including interrogatories and document requests.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and mediation logistics.
• Handle e-discovery and document management.
• Organize and maintain case files and litigation records.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors as needed.
