Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize files, calendars, and prepare invoices for payment.
• Schedule depositions, conferences and meetings; coordinate travel.
• Prepare and format correspondence and pleadings for e-filing; ensure accuracy.
• Filing documents in state and federal courts and manage iManage records.
