Job summary

ArentFox Schiff is seeking a Senior Litigation Docket Specialist in Washington DC. This role involves performing docket-related and administrative duties for attorneys, maintaining positive contact with staff while ensuring confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of litigation docketing experience, preferably in a large law firm, and is skilled in managing complex legal documents. A four-year degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of Litigation Docketing Experience.
• Large law firm experience is preferred.
• Ability to read through Court Orders to determine calendarable dates.

Responsibilities

• Manage duties typically assigned to a Litigation Docketing Clerk.
• Provide assistance and guidance to Litigation Docketing Specialists.
• Conduct thorough research on court and jurisdictional inquiries.

Skills

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to manage and prioritize work efficiently

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strong knowledge of State and Federal court Rules

Legal citation and legal terminology expertise

Education

Four-year degree or two-year degree preferred
