Job summary

Arnold & Porter’s Managing Attorney’s Office is seeking two Senior Litigation Docket Clerks in New York, Los Angeles or San Francisco to provide critical docketing, e-filing, and administrative support.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), at least three years of litigation experience, and proficiency with docketing systems and electronic filing. Strong organization and client-service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of three years of litigation experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment.
• Experience with docketing/calendaring systems and electronic filing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the docketing system and record litigation filings.
• Provide e-filing support through PACER/CM/ECF and other filing systems.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date litigation dockets.
• Support the Assistant Managing Clerk and Managing Attorney’s Office.
• Prepare, proofread, and distribute departmental communications and reports.
• Create and maintain department files, databases, and libraries; data entry with accuracy.
• Process and track invoices for Finance & Accounting.
• Help develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures.
