Responsibilities

• Oversee pending and threatened litigation matters and provide liability analysis to business clients.
• Manage all aspects of case management including financial analysis and reserve establishment.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and e-discovery vendors; supervise investigations and discovery.
• Conduct factual reviews and investigations related to a wide range of legal issues.
• Communicate and negotiate pre-litigation resolutions with claimants or representatives.
• Coordinate responses to subpoenas served on the company or affiliates.
• Develop and implement litigation strategy; report to management on developments and costs.
