Harmony Homes seeks an experienced Litigation, Corporate & Real Estate Paralegal to support its in-house legal function. Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of substantive paralegal experience in litigation, corporate, or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of Nevada state and federal court procedures, e-filing, service, calendaring, discovery and deadlines.
• Experience preparing litigation documents and managing discovery and trial-preparation materials.
• Attention to detail, proofreading, organization, deadline management and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Maintain litigation matter files, chronologies, calendars, deadlines and status trackers.
• Draft and format pleadings, notices, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, declarations, exhibit lists and other litigation documents.
• File and serve documents in Nevada state and federal courts; monitor rules and filing confirmations.
• Coordinate written discovery, document collection, review, production and privilege tracking.
• Organize evidence, contracts, communications, business records, witness materials and trial files.
• Support holds, e-discovery workflows and information collection from business teams and third parties.
• Coordinate with outside counsel, courts, process servers, vendors, insurers, witnesses and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain corporate entity records, minutes, operating agreements, consents, resolutions and filings.
• Support contract administration, signature routing, renewal dates and organized contract files.
• Prepare status summaries for counsel and senior management.
