Qualifications

• Eight+ years of substantial litigation paralegal experience in complex civil litigation.
• Extensive Florida state and federal court litigation experience.
• Experience in property-related litigation and landlord-tenant matters.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedure, deadlines, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Advanced proficiency with case management software and modern litigation tools.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage litigation files from inception through resolution or trial.
• Maintain complete and organized electronic case files and calendars.
• Review pleadings, notices, and orders; identify required action and deadlines.
• Prepare substantive drafts of pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Coordinate with attorneys on strategy, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Assist with privilege reviews, deposition exhibits, and trial exhibits.
